The Vigilance and Benefit- Risk
Assessment Executive Directorate is responsible for all activities related to
pre- and post marketing assessment of safety and efficacy of registered
products.
The Executive
Directorate is divided into three main departments:

National Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Center (NPC).
2- Benefit-
Risk Assessment
Department (BRAD).
3-
Medication Errors Department.
